Singing Wide Intervals isn’t really any more difficult than singing more narrow intervals. The difference is that we are not often tasked with singing intervals that are wider than a perfect fifth. In this video I take you through my process to help you sing wide intervals as well as any other interval.

The Bonus Content at the end is somewhat dubious. At the time of filming this video I was just at the end of a really nasty cold. In the normal course of the video I demonstrate how to work on these wide intervals in my thyroarytenoid dominant singing voice. After weeks of coughing and a lot of mucous my voice is still not responding well above the secondo passaggio and the bonus content has a look at how that can affect your upper register.

Enjoy!!
